How to quit winners from negative situations

In this article I want to deal with a very complex subject, which can be useful to many people.
Expose all of an article on such a field would be unthinkable, therefore summarize the main guidelines.

I decided to treat this topic to share my personal experience, as I think are useful to many.

In life you often find themselves in serious situations, due to financial troubles, business or otherwise. For convenience, I will indicate the name of " negative situation."
These, of varying extent and gravity, can be harmful even in the emotional aspect, because it must be very sensitive to undermine aspects of our self-esteem.
In negative situations, the brain unconsciously, it look for the causes, and often use the easiest way: The easiest target is ourselves!
It then starts to themselves that the blame for our failures and our own. And if the fault is ours, we've failed.
Hence the step is short:

negative situation> of which we are the CAUSE> we Fall

This is absolutely wrong! This way of thinking is harmful because it would come into this perspective:
SE I'ma failure, will fail 'OUT OF THIS SITUATION .

This is a loop, an automatic mechanism of our mind which is difficult to escape, ed è il terreno fertile sul quale germoglia la depressione .

Il secondo passo è fondamentale per vivere la situazione in maniera lucida, in modo da riuscire a riconoscere un'eventuale soluzione al nostro problema:
PENSARE POSITIVO .
Prendetevi del tempo per voi stessi, riflettete a fondo su ciò che è avvenuto, sforzandovi to use as the key to the positivity.
