Sono cronache da una bancarotta quelle che i dirigenti scolastici italiani raccontano, da scuole che sembrano fortini assediati dall'emergenza, mentre il ministero eroga "zero euro" per il funzionamento ordinario degli istituti, e le famiglie si tassano per affrontare, almeno, la quotidianità.
Dopo le 41 mila lettere inviate da 300 presidi del Lazio ai genitori dei loro alunni "per denunciare la grave situazione finanziaria della scuola", e la durissima risposta del ministro dell'Istruzione Gelmini ("chi non sa dirigere cambi mestiere"), i capi d'istituto si organizzano, replicano, provano a difendere l'orgoglio di un ruolo un tempo illustre, rispettato, riconosciuto. È un'Onda, una nuova Onda, seppure più pacata di quella degli studenti, ma arriva da tutta Italia, con l'indignazione di chi teme di non poter più garantire la sicurezza ai ragazzi che gli sono affidati.

Oggi abbiamo sperimentato una comunicazione tra scuole via Skype: Modena e Napoli... I bimbi di Anna erano emozionatissimi e silenziosi. Io sono riuscito a vedere loro, ma qualche problemino tecnico, che domani metteremo a punto, ha impedito loro di vedere noi...
Insomma un bimbetto di 7 anni ha comunicato con video camera, via skype... ed erano pure emozionati!!!
