Il Comune da parte sua, premuroso solo di seppellire prima possibile l'errore burocratico che ha generato tutta questa assurda vicenda, se ne guarderà bene dal protestare per obbligare la ATI a fare i lavori promessi. In cambio la banda BB si guarderà bene dal sollevare questioni o sollecitare gli uffici tecnici. Come si può facilmente intuire, una siffatta situazione andrebbe benone a tutti: a MB 46 che continuerà a giocare gratis come ha sempre fatto, a Bertini che avrà 7 campi da tennis perfetti da sfruttare sempre a costo zero e al Comune che si toglierà da una grana burocratica da lui stesso generata i cui annosi (e costosi) sviluppi giudiziari routine will be downloaded in the dusty office in charge.
